What is your roasting style?

We roast to a light Nordic style.

What’s the difference between your Filter & Espresso roast?

Filter roast profile (light roast) – We aim to gently unlock the potential of the coffee by preserving its character and vibrant acidity.

Espresso roast profile (light roast) – We aim to adjust profile by a notch in order to make the coffee more soluble and bring balance in the cup.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. You can check postage costs by entering your address at checkout.

I’m having issues with customs, what can I do?

Once your order leaves the roastry and enters the customs process, it is subject to the regulations and procedures of your local customs authority. While we do our best to ensure timely dispatch, we are unable to influence or expedite the customs clearance process. Any delays, duties, or additional fees imposed by customs are unfortunately beyond our control. If you experience a delay or require assistance with customs, we recommend reaching out directly to your local customs office for further information.

When will I receive my coffee?

We typically dispatch Tuesday – Thursday. All online retail orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail’s 48-hour Tracked service, and you should expect to receive your coffee within 2-3 working days from dispatch. All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS, and you should expect to receive your coffee within 1-2 working days within the UK and 3-5 working days worldwide. You will receive a notification email with your tracking number shortly after dispatch.

Holidays & Sourcing Trips

Occasionally, we take short breaks to visit our friends and partners worldwide. When this happens, your subscription may be dispatched a little later or earlier than usual, but don’t worry; we’ll let you know with plenty of notice.

Resting Recommendations

For filter, we recommend resting your coffee for at least two weeks. For espresso, we recommend resting your coffee for at least three weeks. If you want to speed up this process, we suggest to keep the bag open overnight which should let CO2 escape quicker.
