What is your roasting style?

What’s the difference between your Filter & Espresso roast?
Filter roast profile – We strive to delicately reveal the inherent potential of the coffee while preserving its innate character and vibrant acidity.
Espresso roast profile – We intend to refine the profile in order to improve the solubility of the coffee and achieve harmonious balance in the cup.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide. You can check postage costs by entering your address at checkout.
I’m having issues with customs, what can I do?
Once your order leaves the roastery and enters the customs process, it is subject to the regulations and procedures of your local customs authority. While we do our best to ensure timely dispatch, we are unable to influence or expedite the customs clearance process. Any delays, duties, or additional fees imposed by customs are unfortunately beyond our control. If you experience a delay or require assistance with customs, we recommend reaching out directly to your local customs office for further information.
When will I receive my coffee?
We typically dispatch from Tuesday to Thursday. All online retail orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail’s 48-hour Tracked service, and you should expect to receive your coffee within 2-3 working days from dispatch. All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS, and you should expect to receive your coffee within 1-2 working days within the UK and 3-5 working days worldwide. You will receive a notification email with your tracking number shortly after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges; however, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will endeavour to finding the best possible resolution for you.
Sourcing Trips
Occasionally, we take short breaks to visit our friends and partners worldwide. When this happens, your online orders and subscription may be dispatched a little later or earlier than usual, but don’t worry; we’ll let you know with plenty of notice.
Resting Recommendations
It is advisable to allow your coffee to rest for a minimum of 2 weeks when using for filter. For espresso, a resting period of at least 3 weeks is recommended. In certain cases, particularly with more intricate varietals and processing methods, an extended resting period of 4 to 6 weeks may be necessary.
